In the Chidsey Center, we strongly believe in lifelong learning and in particular about leadership. Leadership is a journey, and no matter how talented or knowledgable we might be, we still exist on a growth continuum when it comes to leadership.
With this blog, we have shared new insights, experiences, and deep dives into leadership, but as we begin a new year, we’d like to offer you some good reads. It seems like the beginning of the year brings lists of books from the business world, world leaders, and others that want to share what moved them from the previous year and informed their work. Here is a list of books that influenced the Chidsey Center’s understanding of leadership, how we engage with students, and informed personal growth and action. All are great reads and are important works. Check it out!
